Mr. Nehul Mehta is NM Group’s Director and has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. He is a seasoned professional in Material Trading and Construction Business Management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nehul Mehta has held various senior leadership and management roles, overseeing the finances and ensuring successful development of the firm. He possesses deep expertise in fund management, cost control, cost optimization, debt restructuring, and other functional areas such as budgeting, investor relations, and risk management. His rise in the industry can be attributed to his business acumen, project management skills, and leadership abilities
Under his leadership, the company has been transformed into a diversified and dominant material supplying company, a testament to his dedication and hard work.
Mr. Mayur Kamdar is NM Group's Director with 25 years of inclusive experience. He oversees N M Construction, which successfully completed a 24 Crore MCGM Project, constructing a Hostel for female professionals which consists of a basement and sixteen floors within the designated timeframe. Additionally, he handles all government-related matters.
Mr. Mayur Kamdar is a self-driven individual with a clear vision for the group. He actively manages the Trading Business, demonstrating both technical and entrepreneurial skills. He plays a crucial role in advancing the business.
Mr. Jivraj K Nagda is a partner in NM Group with over 30 years of experience in the Material Trading Business, focusing primarily on business development, supply management, planning, and execution for large-scale projects.
His stewardship for NM Group spans around a decade, with his main objective being to ensure quality products, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Mr. Jivraj K Nagda provides strategic support and drives new business initiatives, playing a monumental role in monitoring supply deals and reviewing material acquisitions constantly. He has handled various assignments within NM Group and oversees the trading and supply development, boasting a track record of successfully completing numerous projects.
